At Live Stacked, Our Approach Begins with "Changing The Way You Think About Food"

Understanding the interaction between Food Health - foods that nourish and fuel your body, and Food Well Being - balance of your emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental wellness, is integral to overall health and wellness. Once this foundational concept is established, we incorporate and stack small changes into areas of your life to yield a greater positive change and restore the balance that you inherently crave in your life.

OUR PROCESS

Before Our Visit

Prior to our visit, you will complete an in-depth health history,  nutrition profile and state your health and lifestyle goals. This will allow your Health and Wellness Coach to be well informed about your overall health, diving into your past and present, as well as learn about other aspects of your life that you feel require positive change, restoration or balance.  Once your profile is reviewed,  an in-person complimentary consultation will be scheduled.

During our 45-minute complimentary consultation, we will get to know each other. We will engage in a collaborative process that entails evaluating your full health history, exploring your strengths or challenges and areas in your life that fuel vs. deplete you, keeping you from being at your optimal. We will focus on areas of life that you seek to change, restore or balance. Should you wish to begin on your health journey, with the guidance of your Coach, you will start creating lifestyle goals that are specific, measurable, and achievable. In turn, your Coach will create a custom, step-by-step nutrition and wellness strategy, and provide you with the resources, tools, and education you need to help reach your goals.

Our Sessions

You will meet your Coach in-person for the first session and thereafter, choosing between in-person or virtual sessions weekly. During each session, you and your Coach will evaluate the goals previously set, track your progress, explore and resolve any challenges, and discuss any concerns. Each session will end by reiterating your intentions for the next session. In between sessions, you also have unlimited access to your Coach via email or text messaging for continual guidance and support.
